Stage 1 – Preparation for the LDP

1.1 Questionnaire to villagers outlining proposals and seeking approval for producing a local Developoment Plan and a local Neighbourhood Plan – June 2016

1.2 If approval received – Establish development group to start the process – July 2016.

1.3 Plan out the processes to be undertaken and establish key dates.

Stage 2 – Start of the LDP

2.1 Initial meeting of all intersted persons to outline process and invite people to join groups

2.2 Groups meet on a regular basis to identify key issues in area and produce an interim report by 31st March 2017

2.3 Each group to report back at the Annual Parish Meeting in April/May 2017
