Land for Housing
As part of the Neighbourhood Plan process we are looking for pieces of land, suitable for the small-scale development of one or more houses, which could be used to meet some of the future housing needs of the village. Below you can find out more about the process to date and what you need to do if you have a piece of land that you think might be suitable.
Below are the documents to assist you identifying if the piece of land you have available would be suitable and some further guidance to assist you.
